PDE-OBS: Controlled Evaluation Across Observation Patterns

PDE-OBS provides configurable observation patterns over seven PDE families, with shared data splits and prediction targets for controlled comparisons. Its evaluation workflow measures how reconstruction and forecasting methods respond to changes in measurement conditions.
